♦ certified training sessions in French gastronomy and Art de Recevoir at Princess de Broglie's <Cuisine de Marie-Blanche> and at Marie-France Lecherbonnier's courses of Protocol and Savoir-Vivre.

♦ Trading Co Frencb F&B in importing French fine goods from France in particular from Sté Bizac in Périgord.
♦ Faience workshop SÉGRIÈS Moustiers being in charge of the Japan export department.

Setting up seminars of French Cuisine for Japaneses Chefs; gatronomic venues with the participation of French starred-Chefs and business luncheons and dinners in France.

Personal experience
