MARIE-BLANCHE DE BROGLIE

Princess Marie-Blanche de Broglie welcomes aficionados of French traditional and contemporary gastronomy in her Parisian school “La Cuisine de Marie-Blanche”created in 1975. Her courses focus on the freshness of ingredients, the history of recipes and the Art of Living.

Marie-Blanche de Broglie was born in a prestigious French family with great lineage; she is the daughter of Marquis de Bagneux and Marquise, born Princess Anne-Marie de Polignac, great grand-daughter of the Duchess of Polignac governess of Queen Marie-Antoinette’s royal children.

Marie-Blanche de Broglie grew up in Normandy in a privileged environment; her father, a fine gourmet taught her the Art of Living of which, later, she made her trade. She travelled the world around as a culinary lecturer and counselor and signed a few books <The Cuisine of Normandy> <A la Table des Rois> and <Cuisiner pour For Recevoir>.
